Return Policy
We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is important to us. Bigfoot & Pickle Face¿ Creations offers the finest quality products and our stamps are made in the USA. We want you to be satisfied pleased with every item you purchased.
* We accept returns on all products up to 30 days from delivery date. The item/items must be unopened and in the original packaging as well as unopened and in the original box. To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of the invoice. If you should wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us at info@bigfootandpicklefacecreations.com, the Customer Service Staff will give you the address for your return.
* The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
* Stamp Set Returns. If you would like to return a stamp set for any reason, feel free to send it back to us as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. All returned stamp sets must be received in sellable condition without any signs of ink. If the stamp set arrives damaged, please be aware that a fee of $5.00 will be assessed for repackaging. We strongly recommend using a box for all stamp set returns and not placing them in an envelope. Please contact us at info@bigfootandpicklefacecreations.com if you have any questions.
* Exchanges. If you ordered an item in error or prefer a different product than the one you have received, we ask that you place a separate order for the items that you do want and return the unwanted merchandise for credit. If you purchased the item though another location other then the online store, please return it directly to the original place of purchase.
Order Changes
Please understand that we are unable to make order changes. Since you are ordering through our online ordering system, once your order is placed and your credit card charged, we will not be able to add or remove any items. We urge you to check your order for accuracy before submitting it for processing.
Back Ordering Items/Out of Stock Items
We strive to keep all products in stock; however there may be times where an item is not available. We do not offer the option to backorder out of stock items [not available]. If you would like to be notified when the item is available, please email info@bigfootandpicklefacecreations.com and at that time you will be able to place an order online for those items.
